REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR VISAS

※ Please note that the most commonly applied for visas and their requirements are listed below. Please be aware that your country may have a visa agreement with the Republic of Korea that has different terms and requirements than those listed below. For information about other visas and their requirements please visit our government website www.visa.go.kr or www.hikorea.go.kr

C-3-4[Business]

① A completed visa application form, which has been signed by the applicant or parent(or guardian) if the applicant is under 16 years old. 

  -  비자 신청서 및 사진 1매

② A photograph, which must have been taken within the past 6 months. Printed photographs are not accepted.

③ A signed and stamped employment/no-objection letter from the employer which clarifies the applicant's full name, nationality, passport number, position, salary, the purpose of the visit etc. and a copy of the trade license from the employer.

  - 서명 그리고 날인 받은 재직증명서 또는 비자요청서(신청인의 이름, 국적, 여권 번호, 직책, 급여, 방문 사유 등)

  - 신청인 회사의 사업자 등록증

④ Notaried Original Invitation Letter, Guarantee Letter, and a Business Registration copy from Company in Korea.

  - 초청회사의 초청장 / 신원보증서 / 사업자 등록증 

**The letter of invitation and guarantee which is stamped by company registered seal impression must be notarised or attested by a notary or a lawyer within the Republic of Korea who has been licensed by the Republic of Korea in order to verify authenticity of the documents.  

**초청장과 신원보증서는 법인인감 도장이 찍힌 서류로 공증사무소나 공증변호사로부터 서명인증(공증)이된 원본이여야함.

⑤ Original Passport, which must be valid for more than 6 months and has more than two blank visa pages left, and a passport copy(A-4 size).  

  - 여권 및 여권 사본(6개월 이상 유효기간 필요)

⑥ A copy(A-4 size) of the UAE residence visa, which should be valid for more than 3 months from the day of departure, if not a UAE national.  

  - UAE 거주 비자 사본(3개월 이상 유효기간 필요) 

C-3-1[Training, Friendly Match, Internship, Seminar, Conference]

① A completed visa application form, which has been signed by the applicant or parent(or guardian) if the applicant is under 16 years old. 

  -  비자 신청서 및 사진 1매  

② A photograph, which must have been taken within the past 6 months. Printed photographs are not accepted.

③ A signed and stamped employment/no-objection letter from the employer which clarifies the applicant's full name, nationality, passport number, position, salary, the purpose of the visit etc. and a copy of the trade license from the employer.

  - 서명 그리고 날인 받은 재직증명서 또는 비자요청레터(신청인의 이름, 국적, 여권 번호, 직책, 급여, 방문 사유 등) 

  - 신청인 회사의 사업자 등록증 

④ Invitation Letter, Guarantee Letter (shin/won/bo/jeong/seo 신원보증서), and a Business Registration(sa/up/ja/deong/rok/jeong 사업자등록증) copy from Company in Korea.

⑤ Recent original stamped bank statements and/or financial records in order to determine your financial stability for three months. If you are a salaried or waged employed, you must include bank statements that show your earnings being deposited regularly. 

  - 최근 3개월치 은행 거래내역(은행 도장이 찍힌 원본)  

⑥ A copy of the travel itinerary such as a round-trip ticket and hotel reservation. 

  - 왕복 항공권 및 숙소 예약증 사본 

⑦ Original Passport, which must be valid for more than 6 months and has more than two blank visa pages left, and a passport copy(A-4 size).  

  - 여권 및 여권 사본(6개월 이상 유효기간 필요)  

⑧ A copy(A-4 size) of the UAE residence visa, which should be valid for more than 3 months from the day of departure, if not a UAE national.  

  - UAE 거주 비자 사본(3개월 이상 유효기간 필요)  

C-3-9[Tourist]

① A completed visa application form, which has been signed by the applicant or parent(or guardian) if the applicant is under 16 years old. 

  -  비자 신청서 및 사진 1매 

② A photograph, which must have been taken within the past 6 months. Printed photographs are not accepted.

③ A signed and stamped employment/no-objection letter from the employer which clarifies the applicant's full name, nationality, passport number, position, salary, the purpose of the visit etc. and a copy of the trade license from the employer.

  - 거주비자에 기재된 스폰서로부터의 여행허가서(신청인의 이름, 국적, 여권 번호, 직책, 급여, 방문 사유 등) 

  - 신청인 회사의 사업자 등록증

④ Recent original stamped bank statements and/or financial records in order to determine your financial stability for three months. If you are a salaried or waged employed, you must include bank statements that show your earnings being deposited regularly.

  - 여행 일정표 및 체류지 관련 정보

⑥ Original Passport, which must be valid for more than 6 months and has more than two blank visa pages left, and a passport copy(A-4 size). 

  - 여권 및 여권 사본(6개월 이상 유효기간 필요) 

⑦ A copy(A-4 size) of the UAE residence visa, which should be valid for more than 3 months from the day of departure, if not a UAE national. 

  - UAE 거주 비자 사본(3개월 이상 유효기간 필요)  

 

C-3-3[Medical Treatment] 

** Please note that the requirements for medical visa listed below are only for those paid for by the UAE government. For a list of requirements for a medical visa not sponsored by the UAE government please visit our government website www.visa.go.kr or www.hikorea.go.kr.

① A completed visa application form, which has been signed by the applicant or parent(or guardian) if the applicant is under 16 years old.

② A photograph, which must have been taken within the past 6 months. Printed photographs are not accepted.

③ An Original Official Letter from International Patient Care Department of the Health Authority in Abu Dhabi; or if applicable, an Original Official Letter from the Directorate Medical Services of G.H.Q. Armed Forces.

④ Evidence of intended medical treatment from medical institution in Korea. (such as emails, letters, etc.)

⑤ Original Passport, which must be valid for more than 6 months and has more than two blank visa pages left, and a passport copy(A-4 size).

⑥ A copy(A-4 size) of the UAE residence visa, which should be valid for more than 3 months from the day of departure, if not a UAE national.

 

NOTICE 

※ The applicant and their representative(with notarized power of attorney) must be able to communicate in Korean or English. 

  - 신청인 혹은 대리인(공증된 위임장을 받은)은 반드시 한국어 또는 영어로 의사소통이 가능해야 합니다.  

※ Fill out the form in English language and sign it manually.  

  - 모든 서류는 영어로 기재하며, 자필로 서명을 해야 합니다. 

※ Submission of additional documents may be requested, after the application is completed. 

  - 필요시 비자 접수가 완료된 후에도 추가 서류를 요청할 수 있습니다.  

※ The visa issuance may be denied after the screening of the application. Having all of the required documents does not guarantee a visa.  

  - 서류 제출과 상관없이 심사 후 비자는 거부될 수 있습니다. 

※ Visa Fee : 160 AED(Single Entry), 280AED(Double Entry), 360AED(Multiple Entry)  

 - 수수료 : 단수 160 디람, 더블 280 디람, 복수 360 디람 

  ** 상기는 일반적인 수수료로 국적 그리고 체류 기간에 따라 상이합니다. 

※ Credit card payment is required (Card only), Visa fee is not refundable even if visa is denied. 

  - 수수료는 반드시 신용카드로 지불하셔야 하며, 비자가 거부되어도 지불한 수수료를 환불 받을 수 없습니다.

※ Visa issuance generally takes about 4 - 7 working days from the day of submission. However, for such cases in which required documents are omitted, submission of additional documents is requested, or an investigation is required, evaluation might take longer than usual. For the cases which require interviews and investigation (e.g. marriage migrant visa), the evaluation process may take 1~2 months. 

  - 비자 발급은 평균적으로 4-7일 정도 소요됩니다. 

  - 필요 서류 누락으로 인한 추가 자료 요청 시에는 평균보다 시간이 더 소요될 수 있습니다.. 

  - 면담 혹은 조사가 필요한 특수한 경우에는 1-2달 정도 소요됩니다.  

※ Visa Application Time : 09:00-12:30, Sunday - Thursday (Applicant must be present before 12:00 noon to submit an application) 

  - 접수 시간 : 09:00-12:30 (일요일 - 목요일), 접수자는 12:00 이전에 오셔야 접수가 가능합니다. 

※ Application should be submitted in person. (No courier service acceptable)  

  - 접수자는 본인 혹은 대리인(공증된 위임장을 받은)이 직접 대사관을 방문해야 하며, 우편을 통한 접수는 받지 않습니다. 

※ Complete the documents thoroughly and legibly. 

  - 모든 서류는 정확하게 작성 되어야 합니다. 

※ Those who have residence visas from Abu Dhabi and Al Ain can apply for a Korean visa at the Consulate in Abu Dhabi. Those who hold residence visas from other areas of the UAE must apply for a Korean visa at the Consulate in Dubai. 

  - Abu Dhabi 또는 Al Ain에서 거주비자를 받으신 분만 아부다비 대사관에서 비자 신청을 하실 수 있으며, 그 외 지역은 두바이 총영사관에서 지원하셔야 합니다.
