Mission of the Republic of Korea to ASEAN

At the opening reception of "The Land of Peace and Life - DMZ", Ambassador Lim Sungnam delivered opening remarks.

Ambassador Lim Sungnam delivered opening remarks and reiterated the importance of DMZ and the recent development of the Korean Peninsula. Ambassador also extended appreciation to the ASEAN Secretariat and CPR for making this exhibition possible.

H.E. Ambassador Kasmalati Dato Kassim, Brunei Permanent Representative to ASEAN, and H.E. Hoang Anh Tuan, DSG of ASEAN Political-Security Community, delivered congratulatory remarks and reiterated the importance of the New Southern Policy.

Mr. Choi Byung Kwan, the photographer, also delivered remarks at the opening reception.

The Mission of the Republic of Korea to ASEAN held the opening reception on 9 September 2019 at the ASEAN Gallery of the newly opened ASEAN Secretariat office building. The exhibition lasted from 9 to s13 September.
