* 2024 Quiz on Korea in Brunei *

• Time:    09:30 a.m. – 12:40 p.m. on May 22, 2024 (Wed)

• Host:     Embassy of the Republic of Korea and Universiti Brunei Darussalam

• Venue:   UBD Chancellor Hall, Senate Room(2nd floor)

• Entry Eligibillity:

* Participants must have at least a beginner-level proficiency in Korean.

• Applicants should be 18 years of age or older (as of May 22, 2024)

• Applicants should be Bruneian.(only Brunei passport holder)

• Applicants cannot hold and should have never held Korean nationality or ethnicity (or have any immediate family members holding Korean nationality or ethnicity)

• Individuals who have previously participated in the Quiz on Korea Final Round held in Korea are not eligible to apply again.

• The 1^st place winner should be available for travel to Korea for the final round of the competition which will take place in early September 2024. In addition, the winner will appear on a special television segment broadcast by the national public broadcaster, KBS.(The entire process of the show will be conducted in Korean without translation.)

• Register Deadline:  April 24, 2024 ~ May 14, 2024

• Prize:  

• 1^st place:  A free trip to Korea for the final round (Including accommodation)

• 2^nd place and 3^rd place:  Korean products (TBC)

• All participants:  Small souvenir
