The OECD held a meeting of ministers and a high-level policy forum on “Migration Policy and Social Integration Policy for the Future” on 16-17 Jan 2020. The conference is held every five years to share the experiences of member countries on international migration policies and discuss their policy directions. This year, participants explored creative approaches to economic immigration management and ways to enhance the efficiency of social-integration policies for immigrants.
From Korea, Yuh Pok-keun, Director-General of the National Integration Division of the Ministry of Justice, introduced the best cases of Korea's immigration and social-integration policies and discussed the future direction of development.
