Spouse Visa (F61) Requirements

1. Application form
2. One passport sized colored photo
3. Passport Original(6Months. Valid)
4. Copy of Passport First Page
5. Korean Marriage History (detailed) Original (Within 3months)
6. NSO Marriage Certificate Original
7. Korean’s Basic Certificate (detailed) Original (Within 3months)
8. Korean’s Family Relations (detailed) Original (Within 3months)
9. Korean’s Resident Registration Certificate Original(Within 3months)
10. Korean's Police Clearance(not required to submit/Consulate will check directly at national police agency)
11. Original NBI Clearance (Within 3months, Green color valid for travel abroad)

12. Original Medical Certificate of Korean(Within 6months)

13. Original Medical Certificate of Filipino(Within 6months) -For Korean, should be issued by Hospital or Public Health Center. For Filipino, should be typewritten/computerized with Hospital letter head, contact number and Physician’s signature.

14. Original & Copy of CFO certificate

15. Korean Credit History Original

16. Original or Copy of Certificate for Marriage Guidance Program

17. Original Invitation Letter from Korean (use specific format as required by Consulate)

18.Korean and Filipino’s Personal Details Form (use specific format as required by Consulate)

19. Guarantee Letter (use specific format as required by Consulate)

20. Korean’s Financial Document

-Original Land title or Copy of Property contract of lease

-Original Bank Certificate

-Original Employment Certificate or Copy of Business Registration

-Income Tax Return

-Additional Financial Support from Family (should be in a specific format as required by Consulate) *Submit only if financial document of Korean is insufficient

21. Proof of Korean Language Proficiency ( Exempted if there is a child born between the couple)

* If you are introduced by agent legally registered under Korean Marriage Law

-Copy of Certificate of Business Registration

-Copy of Certificate of Insurance Saving Fund

-Copy of Personal Contract between Korean and Agency

* If you are introduced by relative or friend

-Copy of any valid ID or Passport

* If there is a child born between the Filipino spouse and Korean spouse

-NSO Birth Certificate of child

-Korean Family Relations Certificate with the name of child

(If there is a child born between the Filipino spouse and Korean spouse, the following documents are exempted.
1. Certificate of Marriage Guidance Program
2. Korean’s Police Clearance
3. Korean’s Medical Certificate
4. Korean’s Credit

Visa Processing Fee: 2,000 Pesos
*Application is 9am~12pm through personal appearance of the Filipino spouse
*Some requirements may be waived for those who has stayed in Korea with spouse (F61) status, please inquire in advance

* Releasing date will be after 15 working days and it may be extended for further verification, additional documents or interviews and so on.
