■ 국민의 자녀 장기체류 F-2-2

※ 혼인신고 이전에 태어난 국제결혼 자녀는 반드시 인지를 마친 후 사증신청이 가능합니다.

※ 미성년자만 신청 가능합니다.

※ 양국간에 혼인신고 후 출생한 자녀는 국적법 개정법률이 2011.1.1부터 전면 시행됨에 따라, 사증신청 대상이 아닙니다. 출생에 의한 복수국적자(선천적 복수국적자)이기 때문에 대한민국여권으로 출입국하여야 합니다. 한국에 출생신고를 마친 후 한국여권을 발급받아 출입국하시기 바랍니다.

  5. 자녀의 PSA 출생증명서 원본 

  6. 자녀가 등재된 한국인 부모의 가족관계증명서 (상세, 3개월이내 발행서류)  사본 1부
  7. 부모의 PSA 결혼증명서 원본
  8. 부모의 혼인관계증명서 (상세, 3개월이내 발행서류)  사본 1부
  9. 부모의 여권(사진면) 사본 1부

  10. 결핵 진단서 원본
  11. 초청장 1부(*별도의 서식 없으며, 공증은 필요없습니다)
      - 초청인 및 초청자의 인적사항, 초청목적 및 체류기간 등 자세히 기재후 서명 날인
      - 국내에서 준비해서 보내실 서류는 한글로 작성하여 직접 초청하려는 필리핀인에게 보내시기 바랍니다
  12. 부모의 필리핀 체류증빙서류 (소지자의 경우에만 제출)

      - 한국인 부모의 필리핀 장기체류비자 및 ACR I-CARD 사본 1부
      - 직장인 : 회사 재직증명서 원본 1부
      - 사업가 : 사업관련 서류(SEC, DTI 등)  사본 각 1부

  13. 부모의 기본증명서 (상세, 3개월이내 발행서류) 사본 1부(부모가 귀화자일 경우)

■ 수수료: PHP 2,000.00 

인지를 마친 미성년 자녀가 90일 이상 장기체류를 목적으로 비자를 신청하는 경우 우리 대사관 지정병원에서 결핵진단서를 제출하여야 합니다.

** `22.12.1부터  과거 결핵치료력 및 의심증상 문진, 흉부X선 검사 필수 시행 (첨부 된 양식 사용)

- 결핵진단서 유효기간은 발급일로부터 3개월 임

- 만 5세 이하 소아의 경우에는 결핵진단서 제출 면제 

*결핵진단서에 병원 압인이 날인되거나 담당의사가 서명한 신청인의 사진은 필수 입니다. 담당의사의 결핵진단서와 병원 검사결과 또한 함께 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

■ Long-term Visa for Child of Korean (F-2-2)

※ Children born before marriage must be registered in Korean's family registry before applying for visa.

※ Only minor children may apply for F-2-2 visa

※ Not applicable for children born after marriage. Children born after marriage must enter Korea with Korean passport.

6. Original or copy of Korean parent's Cerfificate of Korean Family Registry(detailed, valid for 3 months) with name of child 
7. Original copy of parent's PSA Marriage Certificate
8. Original or copy of parents' Certificate of Korean Marriage History (detailed, valid for 3 months)
9. Photocopy of Bio-page of parents' Passport

10. Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening
11. Invitation Letter written in Korean from Korean parent
12. Additional documents if parent/s is/are living in the Philippines

 - Photocopy of Korean's Philippine Visa and ACR I-Card
 - Original Employment Certificate if parent/s is/are working in the Philippines

 - Copy of DTI (or SEC) and Mayor's permit if parent/s has/have business in the Philippines

13. If parent is a naturalized citizen, Copy of parent's Basic Certificate with detailed information (detailed, within 3months) 

■ Visa Fee: PHP 2,000.00

Registered minor children applying for long-term visa with the below nationalities are required to submit Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening issued from hospitals designated by the embassy.

Angola, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Cambodia, China, Congo, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Malaysia, Moldova, Mongolia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Russia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor Leste, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zimbabwe.

** TB treatment history, Signs & Symptoms suggestive of TB, and Chest X-ray result are mandatory from Dec. 1, 2022 (Use attached format) 

  - Validity of the medical exam is 3 months

  - Children below 5 years old are exempted.
 

*Passport picture of the applicant should be attached at the Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening. The picture should bear the dry seal of the hospital or the signature of the doctor in-charge. The laboratory test result should be submitted together with the Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening.

In case the result of examination is positive, the visa application is automatically denied.
