C-3-9 Short Term Tourism Visa For Company Incentive Trip

○ Applicants who are going to Korea for company incentive trip may apply for this visa.

○ Nationals from countries eligible for K-ETA may apply for K-ETA instead.

○ Processing time: 4 working days. No urgent / express service.

○ Please submit your application through an appointed travel agent (click). Personal submission is not allowed.

○ We do not provide status update on your application. The appointed visa agent will inform you of the collection date and you will know the result of your application on the scheduled collection date.

○ We no longer issue physical visa stickers. You may download the visa grant notice online upon approval (read more here)

○ Visa is valid for 3 months upon issuance. You need to enter Korea within 3 months of receiving the visa.

Documents required

1. Visa application form with one passport photo taken against white background

※ Fill in your name as per your passport

※ Please ensure all fields are completed to the best of your knowledge. Leaving blanks on the form will cause disadvantage.

2. Passport with at least 6 months remainder validity (original and CLEAR photocopy of bio-data page)

※ Passport will be kept at the Embassy during the processing of your application.

3. NRIC / EP / Spass / WP / STP / LTVP / DP (CLEAR photocopy)

※ For physical work passes issued with QR code, you are required to use "SGWORKPASS" app to obtain the latest pass information. A clear printout of the scan result obtained within recent 1 week must be submitted.

※ For digital passes, the printout of pass information must include the verifiable QR code.

※ Blurred photocopies or omission of QR code may result in visa rejection.

4. Re-entry permit (applicable to PR only)

5. Letter issued by Singapore company and signed by the Director who is registered in the company's ACRA biz profile. Please follow the format of the sample letter in the attachment (original and issued within recent 1 month).

※ LOC (Letter of Consent) issued by MOM is required if you are LTVP / LTVP+ holder.

6. Company's ACRA biz profile issued within the recent 1 month

7. Recent 3 months Singapore bank account statements / passbook (original and copy) / e-statements

※Credit/debit card statements will not be accepted.

※ Overseas bank account statements will not be accepted.

※ Please provide a CLEAR printout. Blurred copies may result in visa rejection.

8. Proof of K-ETA denial

※ Applicable to applicants who applied for K-ETA and got denied.
