Domestic Helper C-3-9 Short Term Tourism Visa

Eligibility to apply | 1) Domestic helper must be hired by the employer for at least 6 months during the time of visa application.
2) Domestic helper must be travelling Korea with her employer due to demonstrated reason (i.e look after elderly, young children, person who require special care...).
3) Domestic helper is allowed to enter Korea once a year (i.e every 12 months) and allowed to stay no more than 30 days.
4) Employer is allowed to bring 1 domestic helper per trip.

Who can submit the application | Employer (whose name is on the work permit) or employer's spouse.
Travel agent, secretary, friend is STRICTLY NOT allowed to do the submission.
Domestic helper is not required to be present so long as she has signed on the application form. *Online application is NOT available* |

1 | Completed visa application form with one coloured, passport-sized photo taken against white background | Fill in your name as shown on your passport. Paste your photo on the space provided under Section 1. Application will be REJECTED if there is incorrect/missing information. |
2 | Passport with at least 6 months remainder validity and one blank "visa" page (original and copy) | Passport must be kept at the Embassy during the processing of your application.
Please arrange your schedule accordingly. |
3 | Work permit (original and copy)
※ For new passes issued with QR code, you are required to use "SGWORKPASS" app to obtain the latest pass information. A CLEAR printout of the result must be submitted together with your application.
※Do ensure that your search is done within 1 week of your visa application.

5 | Recent 3 months Singapore bank account statements / passbook (original & copy) / e-statements
*If you are unemployed, please provide your spouse's bank account statements. | - Submission of bank passbook is acceptable IF you update your bank passbook regularly.
- Ensure that your name, account number, past 3 months transactions and remaining balance are available for viewing.
- Letter of financial standing is NOT accepted.
-Overseas bank account statements, debit card or credit card statements are NOT accepted.
- Obtaining bank stamps on e-statements is preferable. |
6 | NRIC / EP / Spass / LTVP / DP (original and copy)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1) Flight tickets and accommodation bookings are NOT required for visa application.
2) We will NOT provide any status update(s) on your application via email or phone.
3) Supporting documents submitted for visa application will NOT be returned.
4) There is no specific minimum sum to be sustained in bank account.
