1. VISA APPLICATION FORM (Printed E-Form)

·         Must be filled in online (e-form) and printed out → How to fill out the application form

2. ORIGINAL AND COPY OF PASSPORT

·         Must be valid for 6 months from travel date

3. COPY OF UAE RESIDENCE VISA

·         Must be valid for 6 months from application date (No exception)

·         Virtual visa stamp holders must download the visa from ICP UAE app and print it.

**Abu Dhabi and Al Ain visa holders must apply from the embassy in Abu Dhabi

4. ORIGINAL AND COPY OF EMIRATES ID

5. ORIGINAL AND COPY OF PREVIOUS UAE VISA TO PROVE RECENT 2 YEARS’ CONTINUOUS RESIDENCY IF YOU ARE A NATIONAL FROM THE COUNTRIES MENTIONED ON THE LIST BELOW:

(Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, China, Cuba, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Peru, Philippines, Senegal, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Yemen)

6. NO OBJECTION LETTER FROM THE UAE VISA SPONSOR

·         Must clearly state the detailed and specific purpose of the visit 

·         Must include applicant’s full name, passport number, nationality, position and salary

·         Must have the name of the authorized signatory, contact information and job title

·         Must have original stamp and signature

**For applicants whose visa sponsor is not a company (such as domestic workers/husband’s visa/father’s visa, etc.), attach sponsor’s passport copy along with the letter above

**Holders of partner visa/golden visa/self-sponsored visa must still present a letter explaining the detailed purpose of visit

7. ORIGINAL AND LATEST 3 MONTHS UAE BANK STATEMENT WITH BANK STAMP

·       Must be the original copy issed by the bank with the bank's physical / original stamp

·       Must prove the financial stability of the applicant (Personal bank account required)

·       Online or digitally stamped statements are strictly not accepted

·       Must be issued within the last two (2) weeks

·       Additional supporting documents such as payslips or foreign bank statements may be included 

      (if available)

** For applicants who have financial sponsor, attach the following:

a)    Financial support letter

b)   Latest 3 months UAE bank statement with bank stamp (original)

c)    Passport copy of sponsor

d)   Proof of relationship (birth certificate/marriage certificate/employment certificate if domestic worker in English) 

• ●Note: Proof of relationship is required even if the financial sponsor is the same as the UAE visa sponsor. 

8. DETAILED SCHEDULE OF STAY

·         Must prepare daily itinerary / places to visit in detail

9. HOTEL BOOKING

·       Must be confimed and cover the entire duration of stay in Korea

·       Must include applicant's full name, hotel name, full address, contract details, and booking reference number

·       Third-party bookings (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com) are acceptable if all details are visible

·       If staying with a resident in Korea, submit a personal invitation letter along with the inviter's tenancy contract and a copy of their Korean ID (Korean Passport) or Residence Card (if a foreign resident)

10. ROUND TRIP TICKET 

·       Must be a confirmed round-trip flight ticket (include domestic flights or transportation if any)

·       Must include the applicant's full name, flight numbers, travel dates, and airline confirmation or 

      booking reference number
