The visa applicants of the following 34 countries are required to hold a UAE residence visa and have resided in the UAE for more than two years.
China, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Mongolia, Thailand, Pakistan, SriLanka, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Peru, Syria, Sudan, Macedonia, Kosovo, Cuba, Palestine, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan, Cameroon, Somalia, Gambia, Senegal |
Applicants who meet the following conditions may apply even if their stay period is less than two years.
1. Foreign nationals and their accompanying family members (spouses and minors) who are invited by the Government of the Republic of Korea, local governments and public organization
2. Diplomats, public officials and foreign nationals who are employed by international organizations and applicants with equivalent qualification (spouses and minors*)
*Applicable only when the family member is applying together with the qualified foreign national
3. Applicants who are invited by a Korean company listed on the KOSPI (Korea Composite Stock Price Index)
4. Applicants who meet one of the below traveling on a C-3 visa(NOC must be submitted)
1) Member of the Royal Family
2) Employees of Government or public institutions
3) Univeristy faculty members
4) Professionals (including doctors, lawyers, patent attorneys, accountants, bank employees, international airline pilots and other specialized roles in financial, investment, media, and broadcasting sectors)
5. Applicants who are employed by the below traveling on a C-3 visa
1) Government-invested institutions or companies
2) Companies listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange(ADX) or Dubai Financial Market(DFM)
3) Companies included in the ADQ investment portfolio
6. Applicants and their accompanying family members who have visted Korea or traveled to OECD member countries(excluding emerging and developing countries) within the past five years
7. Applicants and their accompanying family members who hold a UAE Golden Visa
8. Applicants who apply for Transit Visa (C-3-10), Overseas Koreans Visa (F-4), or holders of visa issuance certificate
9. When a minor accompanies a parent who has resided in the UAE for two years or longer
10. When a Korean citizen who operates a business in the UAE visits Korea for business purposes accompanied by a foreign employee
11. Applicants who are traveling to Korea for humanitarian reasons
1) Attending marriage or funeral of a family member(Family certificate must be submitted)
2) Accompanying UAE nationals traveling for medical treatment(NOC from the sponsor must be submitted)
