The Visa applicants of the following 34 countries are required to hold a UAE residence visa and have resided in the UAE for more than two years.

Applicants who meet the following conditions may apply even if their stay period is less than two years.

1. Foreign nationals and their families (spouses and minors) invited by the Government of the Republic of Korea, local governments and Public Organization

2. Diplomats, public officials and foreign nationals employeed to international organizations and applicants with an equivalent qualification (spouses and minor*)

*Only when the family member is applying with the qualified foreigner.

3. Applicants who apply for Transit Visa (C-3-10), holder of visa issuance certificate or Overseas Koreans Visa (F-4)

4. Applicants who are invited by a Korean company listed on the KOSPI (Korea Composite Stock Price Index)

5. Applicants who belong to a royal family, a government, a public institution, or a faculty of a University traveling on a C-3-1 visa (Must submit no-objection letter).

6. When a minor accompanies a parent who has stayed in the UAE for two years or more

7. When a Korean citizen *who operates a business in the UAE visits Korea with an employee for business purposes
