1. Visa application form and health condition report form

        ∙ Must 1) complete the online visa application at www.visa.go.kr and

                     2) print the application form confirmation page to bring to your interview

        ∙ Filled out in English or Korean and sign it manually by the applicant

Note: Do not fill out the "DETAILS OF VISA ISSUANCE CONFIRMATION" section.

2. One color photo

        ∙ Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance

        ∙ Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background

        ∙ Printed on photo quality paper  

        ∙ 3.5 x 4.5cm in size

Note: You must remove hats or head coverings that obscure your hair or hairline, unless worn for a religious purpose.

3. Original passport and a copy of passport (A-4 size)

        ∙ Must be valid for more than 6 months from the day of departure

4. A copy of the UAE residence visa (A-4 size)

        ∙ Should be valid for more than 3 months from the day of departure

5. An original signed and stamped employment or no-objection letter from the employer and a copy of the commercial license from the employer

        ∙ Must include applicant’s full name, nationality, passport number, and term of service, position, salary, 

          the purpose of visit, contact information of the employer and other pertinent information

Note 1: For applicants, whose sponsor of the UAE residence visa is not a company, attach a copy of passport and a copy UAE residence visa from sponsor along with the no objection letter.

Note 2: Holders of partner visa and self-sponsored visa must present a letter, explaining the detailed purpose of visit and a copy of commercial license from their company.

6. Original stamped bank statements for the last 3 months

        ∙ A salaried or waged employee must have bank statements that show your earnings being deposited regularly

        ∙ Must have been issued within the last 2 weeks of the day of submission

          ∙ And/ or other financial records to prove your financial stability

Note: For applicants, who have a financial sponsor, attach the following:

          ∙ Only family members and/or the sponsor of the UAE residence visa can be a sponsor

           a)  A letter of financial support

           b)  Recent original stamped bank statements for the last 3 months

           c)  A copy of passport from sponsor

           d)  Proof of relationship (birth certificate or marriage certificate)

7. A copy of the travel itinerary such as flight schedule and hotel information

  9. A copy of previous UAE residence visa (A-4 size)

Note: The applicants of the following 34 countries are required to hold a UAE residence visa and have resided in the UAE for more than 2 years.

※ Applicants who are citizens of the 34 countries listed above may waive the requirements of having a minimum two year UAE residency visa if they fit into any of the 7 conditions listed here.

Note: The Consulate of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea may request additional documents if it is deemed necessary for further evaluation of a visa application.
