There is no emergency visa issuance or expedited service available, and visas will be rejected if there is a solicitation, coercion or urge
It takes about 10~15 working days to issue a visa after submitting all physical documents to the Embassy

1. Prepare required documents for a visa application (Applies to all visas)
A. Physical Passport (more than 6 months valid) & Copy (personal information section with photo)
■ For Non-Angolan or Non-Namibian passport holders are required to submit a residence certificate or a copy of residence card to apply for a visa through us.
B. Visa Application Form (Fill out online, printed, and signed)

※ WE DO NOT ACCEPT VISA APPLICATION FORM AND OTHER DOCUMENTS VIA EMAIL ※

C. Required Documents for Each Visa Type

D. Visa Fee
■ Single-entry visa for a stay of no more than 90 days: 40 USD
■ Single-entry visa for a stay of more than 90 days: 60 USD
※ Visa fees vary depending on the nationality
2. Visit the Embassy and submit the handwritten signed visa application form and required documents (the copy of visa application form is not acceptable)
□ If the visa applicant is unable to visit the embassy in person,
The person replacing the visa applicant must submit the following additional documents ; Notified letter of attorney, ID, employment certificate
■ If you are living in Namibia, we exceptionally accept your documents via registry mail (DHL) to postal address of the Embassy Before sending the documents to the Embassy, you must notify the Embassy
■ You must send us the application and other documents at least 6 weeks before departure day (including delivery period)
■ According to security regulations, Unconfirmed documents will be unopened and discarded
*DHL is recommended for international mail
※ The Embassy is not responsible for lost mail and delivery fee
※ Please double check before you submit the visa applicant form and documents to the Embassy
We do not correct your mistakes
3. Pick up your visa and passport at the Embassy
■ Please be informed that it takes about 15 working days to issue a visa after submitting all physical documents to the Embassy
■ All submitted documents with visa application will not be returned to the applicant except the physical passport
■ We no longer issue sticker-type visa in your passport
4. Citizens of the countries below must apply for a visa from their home country
■ China, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Mongolia, Thailand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Peru, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Macedonia, Kosovo, Cuba, Palestine, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan, Cameroon, Somalia, Gambia, Senegal
※ However, a person who falls under the following criteria may apply for a visa through us
■ Angolan/Namibian permanent resident
■ Who has legally lived in Angola/Namibia for more than 2 years
