F-6 MARRIED SPOUSE OF KOREAN NATIOANL

 기본 사항

Overview

해당 비자는 대한민국 국민의 배우자를 대상으로 합니다.

한국에 혼인신고가 완료된 배우자만 사증 신청이 가능하며, 혼인관계증명서 제출이 필수로 요구됩니다.

호주 혹은 타국에서의 결혼이나 de facto 등 사실혼 관계는 국민의 배우자 자격으로 인정되지 않습니다. 

해당 사증을 발급 받으신 분들은 입국 후 90일 내로 한국 소재지 내 관할 출입국사무소 혹은 외국인관서를 방문하셔서 외국인 등록을 하신 후 거소증을 발급받으심으로써 장기 체류를 신청하실 수 있습니다. 

This visa is for applicant who is a married spouse of a Korean national wishes to stay in Korea with spouse

You must ensure to be registered as married to Korean government and to provide with an official marital status certificate. It is unable to accept any marital relationship in other countries including Australia or de facto or any type of unmarried partnership 

F-6-1 Visa holders must ensure to visit Korean Immigration Service within 90 days of entry to register your sojourn and obtain a registration card for long-term stay in Korea

사증 접수 시 필요한 구비 서류는 첨부파일 "F-6 비자 제출서류 체크리스트" 확인 바랍니다.

신청서 내 기입된 정보가 부족하거나 구비서류가 부족한 경우에는 접수가 불가하며, 이미 접수된 서류는 반환이 불가합니다.

Please ensure if you fail to comply with any of requirements at the time of the lodgement the application may not be proceeded

Once the documentation submitted they are unable to be returend.

Processing

• In Person ** No appointment Required

Monday to Friday, 9AM - 11:30AM and 1PM - 4PM

Please consider 7 business days - at the earliest - to be processed

** 해당 비자는 신청인 (외국인 배우자) 본인이 직접 재외공관을 방문해서만 신청이 가능합니다

비자 신청인이 호주 국적자가 아닌 경우에는 호주 비자 서류 (2년 이상 체류 증빙) 제출이 요구됩니다.

브리즈번 공관에서는 퀸즐랜드 거주자의 사증 접수만 받고 있습니다. 이외 다른 지역의 경우 아래를 참고하여 해당 지역 관할 공관으로 문의 혹은 접수하시기 바랍니다. 

** This visa can only be lodged by applicants themselves in person.

You may be required to provide a valid Australian visa (over 2 years stay) if you are not an Australian passport holder. Must ensure the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Brisbane only accepts the application from Queensland residents. Please find the right jurisdiction referring to the below to lodge or inquire.
