호주 비자 서류 / 

Australian Visa

뉴질랜드 국적자 등 호주 국적자가 아닌 신청인은 반드시 Visa Grant Notice 를 제출해야 합니다. 아래 국가 여권 소지자의 경우 2년 이상의 호주 체류 이력을 증빙해야합니다.

You must provide a valid Australian visa - Visa Grant Notice - if you are not an Australian passport holder. You are required to prove - minimum - over 2 years stay in Australia if your passport is issued from the countries listed below

Please issue the right document depending on the timeline that you completed the renunication/loss of the nationality

Before 2008 : 제적등본 / After 2008 :  기본증명서

부모 혹은 조부모가 대한민국 국적을 보유하였던 신청인의 경우, 해당자가 대한민국 국민이었던 사실을 증명하는 서류 제출 

  - 직계존비속의 기본증명서 또는 제적등본 (국적상실 신고일에 기반) 

  - 직계존비속과의 가족관계 증명 서류 (출생증명서 등)

If parents or grandparents of the applicant previously held Korean nationality, the applicant must submit documents verifying their former nationality

  - Parent of grandparent's 기본증명서 or 제적등본 (depending on the year of the completion of the renunciation of nationality) 

  - Family Relation Certificate to prove the relationship; such as a birth certificate

외국 시민권 취득 증서 / 

Evidence of Foreign Nationality Obtainment

외국국적을 취득한 원인 및 연/월/일을 증명하는 서류 (시민권 증서 등)

  - 본인이 외국 국적을 후천적으로 취득한 경우 본인의 서류

  - 직계존속이 외국 국적을 후천적으로 취득한 경우 해당자의 서류

The proof of obtaining the foreign nationality, such as the Certificate of Citizenship

  - If parents or grandparents are the appointed former Korean national, please submit their certificate

국적상실 신고가 수리되어 기본증명서 상에서 국적상실 날짜 (외국 시민권 취득 날짜) 를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 외국 시민권 증서 제출 면제입니다. 국적상실이 아직 수리되지 않은 경우에는 반드시 국적상실신고 접수증과 외국 국적 취득 증서를 함께 제출하시기 바랍니다. 

국적이탈 신고는 수리되기 전까지 사증발급 대상이 제한됩니다. 

If your nationality loss (국적상실) has already been completed, and the date of loss (i.e., the date you obtained foreign citizenship) is indicated on your 기본증명서, you may be exempt from submitting a foreign citizenship certificate.

However, if you have only applied for the loss and it has not yet been completed, you must submit both of the proof of lodgement of the loss process and a copy of your foreign citizenship certificate.

If you applied for the Renunciation of Nationality (국적이탈), you must wait until the process is complete before applying for the F-4 visa.

해외 범죄경력 증명서 / 

Criminal Record Certificate

국적국 및 최근 5년 간 1년 이상 체류한 국가 모두 포함 ** 복수국적자의 경우, 모든 국적국의 범죄경력증명서 제출, 비자 신청일 기준 6개월 이내 발급된 원본 서류를 제출하시기 바랍니다. 

호주의 경우 AFP (Australian Federal Police)에서 발급한 National Police Check 만 가능합니다 - 신청 바로가기 

You are required to submit a Criminal Record Certificate issued within the past six months from your home country, as well as from any country where you have resided for more than one year within the past five years. If you hold multiple nationalities, you must provide certificates from the authorities of all relevant countries. 

For applicants with ties to Australia, only the National Police Check issued by the Australian Federal Police (AFP) will be accepted -  Apply Here 

** 제출 면제대상

  - 14세 미만 혹은 60세 이상 신청자

  - 재외공관 비자발급 또는 국내 자격변경 시 이미 범죄경력증명서를 제출한 사람으로서 국내 체류허가 기간 중 해외에서 6개월 이상 체류하지 않은 신청인

  - 만 14세 미만에 한국으로 입국하고, 만 14세가 된 이후에 해외에서 6개월 이상 연속 체류하지 않은 신청인

  - 국가(독립)유공자와 그 유족

** Exemptions from Submission 

  - Applicants under the age of 14 or over the age of 60

  - Applicants who have already submitted a Criminal Record Certificate to apply for the visa at the overseas consulate or for a change of status in Korea, and who have not stayed overseas for more than 6 consecutive months during their permitted stay in Korea

  - Applicants who entered Korea before the age of 14 and have not stayed overseas more than 6 consecutive months after turning 14

  - 국가(독립)유공자와 그 유족

한국어능력 입증 서류 / 

Korean Proficiency

아래 중 최소 한개 항목 충족

  - 사회통합프로그램 사전평가 점수표 21점 이상

  - 사회통합프로그램 교육확인서 1단계 이상

  - 한국어능력시험 (TOPIK) 1급 이상

  - 세종학당 수료증 초급 1B 이상

  - 한국교육원 한국어강좌 수료증 2단계 이상

You are required to satisfy at least one from the listed below

  - 21 points or higher on KIIP (Korean Immigration & Integration Program) Pre-Level Test 

  - Level 1 or higher on KIIP Completion 

  - Level 1 or higher on TOPIK

  - Level 1B or higher on King Sejong Institution Completion

  - Level 2 or higher on Korean Education Centre Completion 

** 제출 면제대상

  - 과거 대한민국 국적 보유자

  - 14세 미만 혹은 60세 이상 신청자

  - 대한민국에서 초등학교 이상 교육기관 재학자 및 수료한 신청자

  - F-4 비자를 소지하고 국내에서 3년 이상 체류한 신청자

  - 국내 공인 국가기술자격증 (기능사 이상) 소지한 신청자

** Exemptions from Submission 

  - Former Korean Nationals

  - Applicants under the age of 14 or over the age of 60

  - Applicants who are currently studying or completed study at institution higer than primary (초등학교)

  - Applicants who have held the F-4 visa and have resided in Korea over 3yrs

  - Applicants who possess a nationality recognised technical qualification in Korea - at the level of 기능사 or higher
