Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Commonwealth of Australia

Hosted by the Canberra Korean Association, 'Korea Day 2025' was held at Glebe Park in Canberra on Saturday, 22 November 2025.

Chargé d'Affaires Kim Jimin, in his remarks, expressed his deep appreciation to the overseas Korean community for their contributions to enhancing Korea's international standing and enriching Australia's cultural diversity. He also offered words of encouragement to the Canberra Korean Association for successfully organizing the event.

The event featured diverse performances, including K-pop dances, Taekwondo demonstrations, and traditional Korean music, as well as booths showcasing Korean cuisine and a Hanbok experience zone. It provided a special opportunity for local residents to enjoy the beauty and flavour of Korean culture.
