Only one person per slot can make a booking. If there are multiple applications, please make appointments according to the number of people.

Starting from August 1, 2025, applicants whose residential address falls within the Victoria Metropolitan Area (find attached) are no longer eligible to apply for a visa by postal mail for tourism purposes.

The K-ETA exemption period has been extended by one year (from 1st January 2025 (Wed) to 31st December , 2025 (Wed)). 

O List of 22 countries/regions eligible for temporary exemption of K-ETA:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macao, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, UK, US(including Guam)

5. Current Australian Visa Grant Notice

  * If you hold a passport from one of the following countries, you should prove that you continuously have been
     staying in Australia more than 2 years as of the day you submit your Korean visa application.

※ 1 ~ 5 are common required documents for C-3-1, C-3-4, C-3-9 visa applicants. Please check the information below for extra documents.

  * Confirmation letter from the organization, Documents introducing the conference/event/training

  * Business registration certificate of the organization(conference/event/exhibit holder)

7. An Invitation letter from Korean company

8. A copy of Business registration certificate of Korean company

6. Australian bank transaction lists, bank statement (for recent 3 months)

  * Minimum closing balance has to be over AUD$3,000 (Maintaining the balance at least for the last 7 days)

  * Please note that you might be asked to provide additional supplementary documents if necessary 
  * Overseas bank transaction lists or bank statement will NOT be accepted.

  * Please submit the family relationship certificate if you use family member's bank statement.

    [An official translation (e.g. NAATI) is required if it is a non-english version]

  - If your bank transaction lists or bank statement are less than 3 months, you must submit a round trip flight 
     ticket/itinerary (Korea inbound/outbound) AND a confirmation of booked accommodation(e.g. Hotel, Airbnb) 

7. (OPTIONAL) A prepaid express post envelope from the post office for return of your passport

  * Only if you are submitting the visa application by post mail or if you cannot pick up your passport in person

  * No responsibility on Korean Consulate during delivery as Australia Post delivers.

  * Due to a high volume of visa applications, processing Korean tourist visa applications by mail may take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

  * Please do not send visa applications to the Consulate in Melbourne if you are not Victorian residents.

※ Please be aware that a single entry visa is valid for 3 months, which means you must enter to Korea within 3 months.
