The Korean Government supported ICT-integrated classrooms in the Government Laboratory High School(গবর্নমেন্ট ল্যাবরেটরি হাই স্কুল) and Government Mohammadpur Model School and College in Dhaka which were established in 2019 helped the schools and students to get over the difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic.
On 29th January, Ambassador Lee visited Korea-supported Innovative ICT-integrated Pilot Classroom at the Government Laboratory High School in Dhaka. Teachers and students of the school told the Ambassador that the ICT-equipped classroom played an important role in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic as they could offer on-line classes to the students via the classroom.
Observing the utilization of the innovated state-of-art technology to maximize efficiency of their study in the classroom, Ambassador Lee emphasized that education has been a major driving force behind Korea’s rapid economic growth, thus Korea will continue to help improve Bangladesh education services so that it can build brighter future with talented students.
