Lee Jang-keun, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Korea, presents copy of credentials to Chief of Protocol

Having completed his 14-day self-quarantine, Lee Jang-keun, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Korea to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, met with Mr. M. Amanul Haq, Chief of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, to present a copy of his credentials on July 23, 2020.

Ambassador Lee conveyed his sincere gratitude for Mr. Haq’s warm welcome and highlighted his firm commitment to promote a stronger Korea-Bangladesh relationship during his tenure. In addition, Ambassador Lee expressed Korea’s strong support for Bangladesh in overcoming the formidable challenges caused by COVID-19.

Ambassador Lee looks forward to presenting his credentials to His Excellency President Md. Abdul Hamid at the earliest opportunity.
