All visa applicants are requested to fill up the [e-Form(Visa)] at the [Korea Visa Portal] website from 4 May 2025. After filling up & print the application form with bar code, the applicant should visit to the Consular section of Embassy with other documents required.

e-Form (Visa)

What is 'e-form' (visa application)?

• An applicant can fill out an electronic visa application form online and submit it to the Visa Portal before he/she visits a Korean diplomatic mission in his/her country of residence.

• In order to complete the application process, you must print the e-form (with a bar code) that you filled out on the Visa Portal (with other required documents) and visit the Korean embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

For Inviter(in Korea) side

1. Invitation Letter from spouse

2. Guarantee Letter

3. Copies of Inviter’s Alien Card and Passport

4. House Contract in Korea (<-Dormitory rooms are not recommended.)

5. Enrollment Certificate for Student or Employment Certificate for Job holder

6. Bank Statement for Last 6 months

7. Certificate of Income (within the last 2 years) <- Issued by the National Tax Service or Home Tax

For Applicant(in Bangladesh) side

1. Visa Application Form (Attached) <- Please use the attached visa application form.

  ※ Please fill out the form faithfully so that the contents of each form are not omitted.

2. Passport Sized 1 Color Photo of Applicant (Taken Within Last 6 Months)

3. Passport with Minimum Validity of 6 Months.

4. Photocopy of Valid Passport

5. Cover or Forwarding Letter of Applicant

6. Marriage Certificate and Nikanama (Original and Copied one)

7. Family Relationship Certificate issued by City Corporation or Union office(within 3 months)

8. TB Test Result issued by Designated tuberculosis test center※ issued within the Last 3 months

9. Valid Air-ticket Booking Slip 

▶ Fee (Fees are non-refundable for cases in which visa processing results are not permitted, cancellation of the applicant, or issuance of a single-entry visa after applying for a multiple-entry visa.)

- Less than 90 days(Single) : $40 <- If necessary after entering Korea, apply for an extension
