General Requirement

1. Visa Application Form (Attached) <- Please use the attached visa application form.

    ※ Please fill out the form faithfully so that the contents of each form are not omitted.

2. Passport Sized 1 Color Photo of Applicant (Taken Within Last 6 Months)

3. Passport with Minimum Validity of 6 Months.

4. Photocopy of Valid Passport

5. Valid Air-ticket Booking Slip

6. Cover or Forwarding Letter of Applicant

For Tourist Visa(C-3-9) Application

1. Tour itinerary (Detail tour plan in Korea)

2. Accommodation Reservation slip

3. Personal bank statement and Bank Solvency Certificate (Last Minimum 6 months)

4. Applicant’s Company Certificate of corporate or Trade License, if available (within last 1 year)

5. Applicant’s Income Tax Certificate

6. Employment Certificate issued from the Applicant’s company, if available

  ※ Recommendation Letter issued by the Institute, if the applicant is a student

7. Invitation letter & Affidavit of support notarized, if available
