General Requirement

1. Visa Application Form (Attached) <- Please use the attached visa application form.

    ※ Please fill out the form faithfully so that the contents of each form are not omitted.

2. Passport Sized 1 Color Photo of Applicant (Taken Within Last 6 Months)

3. Passport with Minimum Validity of 6 Months.

4. Photocopy of Valid Passport

5. Cover or Forwarding Letter of Applicant

For Short time visit (C-3-1) Application

1. Invitation letter from inviting company/organization (seal and signed by the company/organization president)

2. Guarantee letter/Affidavit of support from inviting company or organization(seal and signed by the        company/organization president)

3. Documents proving the purpose of visit, such as event schedule

4. Business Registration Certificate from inviting company (within last 1 year)

5. Employment Certificate issued from invitee company (for Employee)

6. Personal Bank statement with solvency certificate (issued within the Last 6 months)

7. For family visit; Invitor's job certificate, tax certificate(last 2 years); Bank statements with solvency    certificate; House contract copy.

▶ Fee (Fees are non-refundable for cases in which visa processing results are not permitted, cancellation of the applicant, or issuance of a single-entry visa after applying for a multiple-entry visa.)

- Less than 90 days(Single) : $40

- Double : $70

- Multiple : $90
