Launch of an Online Reservation System for Consular Services

 

 

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Bangladesh is pleased to announce the launch of an online reservation system, "365 Overseas Korean Portal(previous name:consular services 24)", for Bangladeshi nationals to apply for consular services.

 

Within this new system, prospective visitors can easily schedule an appointment at their preferred date and time by accessing the official link.

 

1. Services Provided : "365 Overseas Korean Portal(previous name:consular services 24)" offers the following services to Bangladeshi and other nationalities (*Except Koreans):

    Visa

       - Attestation, Notarization

 

2. How to Apply for an Appointment

    - Access the "365 Overseas Korean Portal(previous name:consular services 24)" link : https://www.g4k.go.kr  

    - Fill out all the necessary information in the form.

    - If you have multiple tasks to request, please make separate reservations for each task.

 

3. Visit of the Embassy after an Appointment

    - Arrive 15 minutes earlier than the designated time, and prepare the required documents in advance.

    - If you are late or do not have complete documents, you may need to make another appointment.

    - During your visit, only one designated task can be accomplished.

 

4. Important Things to Know

    Before making an appointment, please carefully read the following information:

Online reservations are open for last sunday after 9AM for the next one months. (e.g., end of 26th May, sunday 9AM open, only October reservations are available.)

- It is important to make an appointment via "365 Overseas Korean Portal" in advance, as the Embassy is unable to provide services to visitors who arrive without a reservation.

- It is not accepted to request services via phone calls, or accompany by Korean acquaintances.

- Please note that the Korean Embassy will NO longer accept consular service requests via email. For those who previously requested visits via email, the Embassy informed them of the pre-designated date.

 

5. Cancellation or Change of Reservations

    - To mitigate the negative impacts caused by brokers preempting reservations for consular services, please be advised that each individual is permitted to make only one reservation per month for visa and attestation services separately. Should an individual make more than one reservation(includes cancellation) within a monthany additional reservation may be canceled without prior notice.

    ※  If a copy of the Reservation Holder's ID(that matches the ID number provided at the time of reservation) is not sent via email(identitydhaka@mofa.go.kr, ID number must be included in the email subjectby 24:00 the day after the reservation date(date of request(o), date of visit(x)), the reservation may be canceled without prior notice.

    ※  Reservations may be canceled if the Reservation Holder's Name, Phone No, ID(Passport No) etc., are not provided in the correct format.] 

    ※  Please be advised that reservations can be canceled or changed in the following cases:

    - Unexpected technical issues

    - Natural disasters and other emergencies

    - Repeated no-shows
