Restrictions on Activities While Staying in Korea
ο Individuals entering Korea under the Overseas Korean (F-4) visa status are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Performing unskilled labor.
- Engaging in gambling or any other activities that violate public morals or social order.
- Taking up employment in sectors deemed necessary to restrict for the maintenance of public interest or employment regulations in Korea.

① For Individuals Who Previously Held South Korean Nationality and Acquired Foreign Nationality
ο Jejok Deungbon 제적 등본 (Certified Copy of Archived Family Register)***
※ If the nationality loss has not been reported, the visa application can be submitted simultaneously with the nationality loss report.
ο Proof of Foreign Nationality (documents verifying the reason for acquiring foreign nationality and the exact date of acquisition)
ο Belgian Criminal Record Certificate issued by the country of residence
② For Individuals Who Acquired Foreign Nationality and Have a Parent or Grandparent Who Previously Held South Korean Nationality
ο Jejok Deungbon 제적 등본 (Certified Copy of Archived Family Register)*** of your direct ancestor previously held Korean nationality
ο Document proving direct lineage (e.g., birth certificate)
ο Belgian Criminal Record Certificate issued by the country of residence (Belgium/Luxembourg)
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
