To apply for a Korean criminal record certificate,  you need to apply at our office after making an appointment with the following documents/information :

  1) Your current valid passport

  2) A passport-standard profile picture

  3) Your previous Alien card registration number. (외국인등록번호) 

  4) Your previous home address in Korea.

  5) Country/Agency you will submit the certificate (e.g. U.S EMBASSY IN LUXEMBOURG)

  *Please pre-fill out the application form (see the 3rd page of the attached file).

*The procedure takes upto 7 working days. After the application at our office, the original copy of your criminal records certificate can be picked up or delivered to your address depending on your preference. (The application fee: FREE / The delivery fee: 10 EUR).

*The application by an online channel (e.g. email/post) is NOT possible.

Consular Section Visit (Appointment System)

All persons are required to make an appointment in advance before visiting our consular section in Brussels

    ㅇ Opening hours: Mon-Fri 09:00~12:00 / 14:00-16:00
