Global Korea Scholarship is designed to provide international students with opportunities to study at higher educational institutions in Korea in pursuit of academic degrees, which will enhance international education exchange and deepen mutual friendship between Korea and participating countries.

This Scholarship Program invites four Canadian nationals (three Canadians, one of Korean descent) for the "2023 Global Korean Government Scholarship Program for International Students for Graduate Degrees”, to be conducted in Korea from 2023 to 2026 (Master's Degree Program : 1 year of Korean Language Training + 2 years of Degree Program) or 2023 to 2027 (Doctoral Degree Program : 6 months or 1 year of Korean Language Training + 3 years of Degree Program).

*Please note that two other candidates from Quebec will be separately recommended by the Korean Consulate General in Montreal. For detailed information for 2023 GKS for Quebec, please contact the Korean Consulate General in Montreal.

The deadline for the application is Tuesday, March 14, 2023 (By mail or in-person. For mail-in applications, the application must arrive by the date of deadline.)
