   - Test will not be held with lower than 10 applicants.

 Please arrive 40 min. prior to the starting time.

 

 Application Registration

 Application period: May 1 (Mon.) ~ May 17 (Wed.) / Weekdays 09:00-17:00 (No booking required)

   - Applicants will not be able to change your test level or location and no refund will be allowed after the last day of registration.

 Application form: Please find the attached application form. (2 Korean passport size photos needed)

 Application fee: TOPIKⅠ CAD $40, TOPIK Ⅱ CAD $50

(Cash, Cheque or Money order payable to Korean Consulate).

 Acceptable identification documents: You must provide identification documents that prove your legal name, date of birth and picture.

   - If you are a test taker with special needs, please submit an original doctor’s written diagnosis (Doctor’s notice) issued by medical experts with an application form of special service for disabled applicants.

 Applications will be accepted by 5:00 pm on May 17 (Wed.) 


Please make sure to enclose 2 passport size photos, a copy of your Identification, and the application fee of TOPIK$40, TOPIK Ⅱ - $50 (Cash, cheque or money order payable to Korean Consulate).

 

The test room at the University of Alberta will vary based on the number of applications.

 Attention for applicants

   - You must attend your test with valid Identifications (Student Card, Driver’s License or Passport).

   - You must fill out answer sheet with provided pen from TOPIK examiner.

   -    You must hand in your electronic device (mobile phone, smart watch, mp3 player etc.) to examiner. Those items will be returned after the exam is finished.

   - After 17:00 on May 17 (Wed.), no cancellation, location change, and refund will be permitted.
