<Additional Documents for Visa Application>
All visa applicants including people who reapply for a visa as aforementioned are required to submit the additional documents as below :
(Only for long-term visa applicant, who is a national of high TB-burden countries and have stayed for less than 6 months in Switzerland)
Original Medical certificate issued by a health provider on tuberculosis diagnosis on the spot
