Necessary Documents to Enter the Republic of Korea


1) Passport Valid for at least 3 months 

※ Person who has double nationality including Korean one should enter the country as a Korean national.


2) Foreign national : Valid Visa or K-ETA 

Visa-free entry travelers who intend to enter the Republic of Korea for tourism, etc. are required to obtain entry permission(K-ETA) in advance by providing personal and travel related information online.


※ UNLP(UN Laissez-passer) holder may enter the country without K-ETA or Visa and stay upto 30 days.

3) Q-Code (Not mandatory but highly recommended for faster entry procedure)

※ Mandatory PCR tests for international arrivals within the first 24 hours of entry will be lifted starting on 1st of Oct. However, PCR tests are available free of charge at community health centers for Korean nationals & long-term stay visa holders who develop symptoms within three days of entry.
