If you want to apply for 2023 GKS Graduate Scholarship, you should send your application to becas_co@outlook.com and korea@mofa.go.kr between Monday 8 am, February 13th and Friday 4pm, February 24th, 2023. We only accept application with these email addresses. 

You need to read very carefully "2023 GKS-G Application Guidelines (English). pdf" with "FAQS.pdf" and "University Information.zip"and then fill out "2023 GKS-G Application Forms.docx" and "applicant sheet.xlsx" with your full name in the file name. Send these files "2023 GKS-G Application Forms.docx" and "applicant sheet.xslx" with documents or certifications needed for the application to becas_co@outlook.com and korea@mofa.go.kr with the title of <2023 GKS-G application(Family Name, Given Name)>. 

(Important Notice)

1. You cannot apply twice. If you need to replace any application before, send this with the title of <2023 GKS-G application replacement(Family Name, Given Name)> with all the files necessary for the application. In this case, we will simply delete the older email and only use this replacement email. Be mind that you only have one chance of replacement email. Any email after that will be deleted without any notice or permission. 

2. Personal information on submitted documents is not disclosed except to Korean embassy staff and judges for the selection of scholarship students.

3. Received emails will be confirmed by 5:00 PM on February 28th. However, the Embassy is not responsible for any incompleteness of the submitted documents and will not confirm this.

4. Regarding the document submission and selection work, it is difficult to answer each one due to the exploding number of inquiries. If you have any questions, please refer to the guidelines and FAQs provided. Please note that the embassy has no obligation to respond to telephone or e-mail inquiries regarding GKS selection. If necessary, we will notify the added information in the posts. (We are sure that finding an answer by yourself is also a good quality for graduate student.)

5. The Embassy does not take any responsibility for any disadvantages caused by the applicant's lack of documents or omission of information in connection with the GKS selection process.

6. By February 28th, there will be another announcement regarding the further process after the reception of applications.

7. Attached files of the application should not excess more than 5 MB for the practical reasons. If you cannot compress pdf files less than 5MB, please indicate in your email the reason.

8. Again, you should send your application both becas_co@outlook.com and korea@mofa.go.kr​. These two email addresses will not double-check, share or compare its application.
