1. The Government of the Republic of Korea hails the fair and transparent completion of the parliamentary 
elections held in Morocco on November 25 under the new constitution adopted through a national 
referendum on July 1.

2. The Government of the Republic of Korea expects that King Mohammed VI’s reform policies will be 
continuously and successfully implemented, thereby expediting the construction of the country in the 
way that reflects the Moroccan people’s aspirations for democracy and reform.

3. The Government of the Republic of Korea also hopes that the Moroccan elections held under the new 
constitution will set a good example for other countries with such aspirations.
