The Ministry holds qualifying rounds in foreign countries and winners from each country are invited to the ROK for the final round. In 2013, qualifying rounds were held in ten countries from June to July and ten winners from each country were selected.

3. The ten finalists representing their individual countries will visit the ROK on August 11-17 for the final round of the “K-FOOD World Festival” in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do.
