1. The Government of the Republic of Korea is shocked and concerned over the fact that a large number of victims were killed in the terrorist attack in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore, in the Pakistani province of Punjab, on March 27, and strongly condemns the terrorist act.

2. The Government of the Republic of Korea prays for the souls of the innocent victims killed in the terrorist attack, and offers its deepest condolence and sympathy to their bereaved families as well as the government and the people of Pakistan.

3. It is the firm position of the Government of the Republic of Korea that terrorism is a crime against humanity that cannot be justified under any circumstances and should be eradicated by all means.
