1. A presidential delegation, led by Im Jong-seok, Presidential Special Advisor for the United Arab Emirates (UAE), will visit the UAE from February 18 to 20.

2. The delegation will meet with high-level officials of the UAE government and discuss ways for substantive cooperation between the two countries in a wide range of areas, including political, diplomatic, economic and defense issues, to further strengthen the Special Strategic Partnership between the ROK and the UAE, acknowledging that this year marks the 40^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
