C-3 (Short-term Visiting within 90 days) Visa

o We do not reply visa documents details by email. Please take a look carefully as below to prepare visa documents.

o Visa issuance will be taken 3~4 weeks from the application date when you submit all requirements.

o The visa can be provided as a single entry visa generally.

o No refund and submitted documents will not be returned.

* NOTE

- You are eligible to apply for a C-3 Short-Term General visa if you are
o involved with daily business activities including market research, business communication, consulting, contract and others

o going to stay in the Republic of Korea (ROK) for 90 days or less, for tourism, recuperation, visiting relatives, participating in a friendly sporting match, attending events or meetings, cultural art, general training, taking lessons, attending religious ceremony, academic research and others

- C-3 visa cannot be issued to those coming to the ROK for profit-making. For instance, if you are compensated for your works and skills, you are not considered an eligible candidate for the C-3 visa. Check C-4 visa (click)

- Visa application fees are as follows : Please find the attached file for an exceptional country fee. If your country is not listed from the file, it means your fee is normal price.

· Single-entry visa for 90 days or less of staying : (from 1 JULY 2023) 36.00 EUR

※ List of Mandatory Required Documents for C-3 Visa applicants

1. Visa Application Form : fill out e-Form (Electronic Visa Application)

    via VISA PORTAL website (https://visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=10204)

  - MUST PRINT OUT the e-Form (with a bar code) and FILL OUT applicant's FULL NAME & SIGNATURE on last page

  → Visiting our Embassy is required regardless of whether or not you filled out the e-Form.

2. A color passport photo

  - Do not print by yourself, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, taken within the last 6 months - front view against white or off-white background

  - If you uploaded your photo in the e-Form, you don't need to submit a physical one.

3. Original and a photocopy of Passport (should be valid at least 6 months)

4. Original and a photocopy of residence permit card (If you are other nationality living in Finland/Estonia)
  - It may require to show (available) staying period in Finland/Estonia more than 2 years depending on your nationality.

5. Visa application fee : (from 1 JULY 2023) 36.00 EUR (cash only, it might be changed depending on your nationality.)

6. Certificate of Employment Original (If you are working)

    Or Certificate of Student Original (If you are student, it must be from your school)

7. Other required documents depending on your purpose of visiting (please check below)

Embassy may request for additional documents from the applicant if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.

※ Other required documents

A. Tourism (Visa Type: C-3-9, including visiting relatives)
1. Information on flight and hotels (copy of flight ticket (return trip) and hotel reservation) 
2. Proof of economic ability for the trip (e.g. salary slip within last 6 months, original bank account details within last 6 months (in English))

3. (if you have) A photocopy of passport (and Korean Residence Card if inviter is on a long-term stay) of inviter who lives in the Rep. of Korea

B. Business trip (Visa Type: C-3-4)
1. Original/scanned invitation letter from Korean company
2. Business registration certificate of inviting Korea Company (사업자등록증명원) 

C. Short-term general (Visa Type: C-3-1)

: A person who plans to stay for a short period of time on the purposes of investing in public business, participating in a non-official sport games, attending events or meetings, performing cultural art, engaging in a training, taking lessons, attending a religious ceremony, collecting documents for academic research, or any other equivalent activities

1. A document (or an invitation letter) demonstrating the purpose of entry (e.g. attending an event, short-term study, etc.)
2. Business registration certificate of inviting Korea Company (사업자등록증명원)

    If there is no business registration certificate of inviting Korea Company, Proof of economic ability for the trip (e.g. salary slip within last 6 months, original bank account details within last 6 months (in English))

3. (if you have) A photocopy of passport (and Korean Residence Card if inviter is on a long-term stay) of inviter who lives in the Rep. of Korea
