Online booking system for the Consular Services

For the consular service, online booking by Consular Services 24 website (consul.mofa.go.kr) is required from May 2022.

Please follow the instruction below.

To make a Reservation

[1. Visit the Consular Services 24 website (consul.mofa.go.kr)]

[2.​ Follow instruction for Non-Membership Log in.]

(When you click 'Send Authentication number', you will get a code by email within 5 minutes.)

[3. Select My Services → Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission.]

​

​[4. Select 'Embassy ​of the Republic of Korea in Finland' → Select the purpose of your visit → Select the date and time → Describe reservation details and enter captcha.]

[6. (If needed) You can cancel your reservation on the 'Check Reservation' page, click 'Cancel' button.]

We encourage you to ‘Cancel’ the appointment when you are no longer able to make it to the appointment in consideration of other applicants.

​○ Please note that we do not accept email or phone appointment requests anymore.
   We have created an easy online portal for your convenience.

​

○ It is not possible to make a reservation on the same day.

○ Please note that you can only apply the services that you selected by online.
