Online booking system for the Consular Services

For the consular service, online booking by 365 Overseas Korean Portal website (g4k.go.kr) is required.

Please follow the instruction below.

To make a Reservation

[1. Visit the 365 Overseas Korean Portal website (g4k.go.kr)]

[2. Follow instruction Email or SMS Log in.]
(When you click 'Send Authentication number', you will get a code by email within 5 minutes.)

[3. Select My Services → Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission.]

[4. Select 'Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Finland' → Select the purpose of your visit → Select the date and time → Describe reservation details and enter captcha.]

[5. The confirmation email will be sent to your email address or on  the 'Check Reservation' page of the website, you can find Reservation Confirmation.]

Please present this email or Reservation Confirmation page at the Reception when you visit our Embassy in the future.

[6. (If needed) You can cancel your reservation on the 'Check Reservation' page, click 'Cancel' button.]

We encourage you to ‘Cancel’ the appointment when you are no longer able to make it to the appointment in consideration of other applicants.

○ Please note that we do not accept email or phone appointment requests anymore.
   We have created an easy online portal for your convenience.

○ It is not possible to make a reservation on the same day.

○ Please note that you can only apply the services that you selected by online.
