2021 GLOBAL KOREA SCHOLARSHIP (GKS)

PROGRAM FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS TO ACQUIRE GRADUATE- LEVEL DEGREES

The National Institute for International Education (NIIED) under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea is inviting eligible applicants from Ghana, Togo and Benin for the 2021 GKS for Graduate Degrees in Korea for the period of September 2021 to August 2024 (for Master’s Degree) or to August 2025 (for Doctoral Degree), including a one year compulsory Korean language course respectively.

FOR EMBASSY TRACK APPLICANTS ONLY

 1. Application Submission

 - Applicants must submit all required documents/forms to the Korean Embassy personally or by mail (DHL, EMS etc.) to the address below by 4:00 pm on Monday, March 15, 2021. Kindly indicate “2021 Global Korean Scholarship” on the top right corner of the Envelope.

 - Applicants are kindly advised to go through the “2021 GKS-G Application Guidelines” very well. Any fraudulent or incomplete applications will be disregarded and even if a scholar has been selected, he or she will forfeit his or her scholarship if the application is found fraudulent.

Only short-listed applicants would be contacted by the Embassy for interviews in due course
