Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong

The National Institute for International Education(NIIED) under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea plans to offer scholarships to nationals of participating countries.

To this end, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong plans to recommend 3 qualified candidates to the NIIED which will finally choose 2 candidates. After confirmed by the NIIED, the successful candidate is expected to arrive in Korea in August 2022.

The Application Guideline is enclosed herewith, including qualifications, required documents, forms for submission and all other necessary information.

Applicants should submit all required documents / forms to the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong no later than Thursday, 10 March 2022 and interviews will be held at the Korean Consulate in due course (21~25 March) with a limited number of applicants who have met the application deadline and passed through the document review. It is kindly noted that those who fail to meet one of the qualifications set forth in the Applications Guideline will be automatically disqualified.
