Operation of Online Reservation System for Visa Applications

From 6 June 2022, for the convenience of visa applicants, online reservation system (https://www.g4k.go.kr/en/main.do) for visa applications has been operated.

For all visa applicants, please refer to the attached document for the reservation manual and visit the Visa Section according to the reserved date and time. When visiting the Consulate, you must print out the reservation confirmation and bring it along with other required documents when you enter the Consulate office.

The requests to make a reservation via email or on the phone will NOT be accepted and walk-in applications will NOT be accepted.

Reservations for November will be opened on 10am, October 17th.

◆ Adverse Weather Arrangement ◆

The Consulate will be closed when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or higher, 

or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued.

Please make a NEW reservation if No.8 or higher Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal,

or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still in force two(2) hours before your reservation time.

Please DO NOT VISIT our office under this circumstance.

開放簽證申請網上預約系統

為了方便各位簽證申請人，本領事館由2022年6月6日(星期一)起開放簽證申請網上預約系統(https://www.g4k.go.kr/en/main.do)。

所有簽證申請人必須在到訪本領事館辦理簽證申請前於上述網頁進行預約。

有關詳情及使用指引請參閱公告內之附件。

預約成功後，請在指定預約時段帶同預約確認信列印本及其他所需文件前往本領事館辦理簽證申請。

本領事館並不接受任何經電郵或電話作出的預約，亦不接受任何無預約的即場申請。

11月的申請時段將於10月17日(星期五) 10 A.M. 開放預約。

◆ 惡劣天氣安排 ◆

當 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號 或 黑色暴雨警告信號 發出時，本領事館將關閉｡

請注意，如果 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號 或 黑色暴雨警告信號 於原定預約時間前 兩 (2) 小時 仍然生效，

請重新在系統預約新的到訪日期及時間｡

在這種情況下，請不要到訪領事館｡
