Ambassador Chang attended the 1st Korea-India Infrastructure and Urban Development Forum: Hydrogen Smart City Network, organized by KRIHS (Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements) and co-hosted by KIEP and CIDC (Construction Industry Development Council). Ambassador Chang highlighted that Korea and India stand as ideal partners in bilateral cooperation on Hydrogen Smart Cities, as two countries possess comparative advantages that complement each other, and share a common vision of sustainable future.
