Embassy of the Republic of Korea in India

Ambassador Lee Seong-ho visited Chennai (2-4 December) and had various activities including visits to Korean Consulate General, Trade Office in Chennai, factories of Hyundai Motors India and Samsung Electrocis India, and meetings with representatives of Korean companies and Korean nationals. 

Tamil Nadu, especially Chennai and nearby areas is home to many Korean manufacturing companies and Korean expats, thanks to its business friendly policies, well-developed industrial infrastructure and diligent people. 

The Korean Embassy, in collaboration with our Consulate General in Chennai, will do our best to support Korean companies and Korean nationals in Tamil Nadu and enhance Korea-India cooperation.
