Special Notice

1. Please print the 'Korea visa checklist' according to the visa category and fill out a check mark. Please submit it along with the required documents. If the visa categories are not on the checklist, please check the requirements from the visa portal. See Useful Links No.3

2. According to the 'AGREEMENT ON SIMPLIFYING VISA PROCEDURES BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA', all employment visa applications (D, E Categories) need to be submitted with 'Visa issuance approval number'. See useful links No.5

3. Visa-related inquiries have significantly increased by phone and email and we are facing difficulty replying to every question individually. Please check our website's 'visa notice board' for basic visa-related inquiries.

4. After submitting the visa application, the passport should be kept by the consulate for verification.

5. Kindly note that, effective July 1st, visa fees will be accepted only in cash.

※ All visa applicants need to fill out the electronic visa application form. Please print and submit it along with the other required documents to our office. It is mandatory to fill out the applicant's name and signature on the last page of the application form.
