Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Kenya

We are pleased to announce the '2020 Global Korea Scholarship Program(Graduate)' which offers successful applicants an opportunity to further their studies (MA and PhD) in Korean universities supported by the Korean government.

The Embassy or Universities will select and recommend competent and motivated students from Kenya and Somalia after a process of application, review and interview.

1. Applications from Kenya must be submitted to either the Embassy or University, but not both.

   If you submit to both institutions, you will automatically be disqualified.

2. Applications from Somalia must be summitted to Embassy only.(Courier parcels are acceptable for only Somalia Applicants)

 o Kindly submit your applications to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nairobi at Misha Tower, Westlands Road, Westlands  by 6th March, 2020 at 16:00 hours.

o Fill the attached excel sheet "2020 GKS-G.xlsx" and send email to secretary-ke02@mofa.go.kr on same day you submit the documents.

   The file name and Title of email should be equally "YOUR NAME_GKS-G"

All applications should be in accordance with the attached instructions. Ensure that all your copies have been duly certified by the Ministiry of Education.

Only shortlisted candidates will recieve communication from the Embassy. If you don't reiceve any communication from the Embassy by 13 March 2020, kindly consider yourself disqualified.
