Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the State of Kuwait

□ The Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the State of Kuwait will host a Quiz competition "2024 Quiz on Korea."

□ The participants will compete against each other to answer quiz questions about Korean society, culture, and history.

□ Participants with a strong interest in and understanding of Korea and its culture are encouraged to join.

□ Winner of  “2024 Quiz on Korea” will be invited to Korea.

* Date & Time : June 26 (Wed) , 4 PM ~

* Place : Embassy of the Republic of Korea to Kuwait

* Eligiblity : participants should meet all of the following conditions

  - You must be over 18 years of age. (as of September 1, 2024)

  - You must have intermediate or advanced Korean language skills

  - You must have a Kuwaiti citizenship

  - Your family members do not hold or have ever held Korean citizenship

  - This 2024 Quiz on Korea in Kuwait is a preliminary round to select

     Kuwaiti representative, so the winner must be able to participate in

     the final in Korea which is to be held from September 1 to 9, 2024.

* Winners will receive the following awards

  - 1st place winner will get a chance to visit Korea for the final round.

     (the airfare and travel expenses will be covered.)

     (the final round will be conducted strictly in Korean language only)

  - 2nd to 5th place winners will receive Korean electronic products

     (TV, smartwatch, etc.) 

* Applications : the following QR Code

  - Participants will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis

     only to those who meet eligibility.  (maximum of 50 people)

  - Confirmed participants will be notified about the event via email

* Only the confirmed participants will be allowed to attend the Embassy
