1. List of the Hospitals



   - Asiri Hospital, Colombo

   - Lanka Hospital, Colombo

   - Nawaloka Hospital, Colombo

   - Durdans Hospital, Colombo

   - National Hospital, Colombo

   - Sri Jayawardenapura General Hospital

   - Batticaloa Teaching Hospital

   - Jaffna Teaching Hospital

   - Kandy Teaching Hospital

   - Karapitiya Teaching Hospital



2. Tuberculosis Certificate


All Sri Lankans, who applies for a visa to stay in Korea for more than 91 days, should submit the tuberculosis certificate from the Embassy designated hospital.

Please note that tuberculosis diagnosis received outside the designated hospital will not be accepted at the time of visa issuance.


 Required document : Tuberculosis diagnosis at designated hospitals, including results such as chest X-ray examination, examination of the sputum(If necessary only) and doctor's examined letter(Embassy designated form).


- The validity period of the tuberculosis certificate is three months based on the date of issuance.

- Infants under 6 years of age are exempt from submitting a tuberculosis certificate.

- A-1, A-2 and A-3 visa applicants are exempt from submission. 



Please note all medical reports issued after 1st January 2023 should be according to the format attached. The attached format must include the applicant's photo, hospital seal and the doctor's signature.





3. PCR Certificate  


From February 24, 2021, all travelers entering the Republic of Korea are required to submit pre-departure negative COVID-19 PCR test results upon arrival. Travelers without a valid test result will be prohibited from boarding the flight. 

Please note that all traveler except E-9 can get the PCR certificate from any hospitals. However, E-9 workers must get the certificate by the hospitals designated by the embassy.  ☞ PCR guideline
