Visa application & registration are done at the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC). 

Applicants must visit KVAC to apply for the visa. 

10 applicants are accepted on a day at KVAC.  

Visa applications are made from AM 9:00 – PM 15:00, Sunday to Thursday only by reservations.  

Applicants must prepare and submit all the required documents, passport, and fees on the day of the visit. 

KVAC service fee and visa application fee will also be required on the day of application. 

All documents will be checked for authenticity by KVAC.  

Applied visas and documents and passport will be sent to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the State of Libya for visa screening. 

Visa screening will take 15-20 working days or more if necessary for further screening. 

During visa screening, the Embassy can require additional documents from the applicants to be submitted via KVAC. 

Cancellation of visa application and refund for visa application fee cannot be made once under visa screening. 

Once visa screening has been concluded, the passports will be returned to the KVAC. 

Applicants will be individually notified for collecting visa application. 

Applicants can come collect for passports without reservation at KVAC operating days between PM 14:00 – PM 15:00  

Visas are issued electronically and not pasted on the returned passports.
