ملحوظة:
- يجب تقديم جميع المستندات الأصلية.
- يجب أن تكون جميع المستندات المطلوب إصدارها وتقديمها خلال 3 أشهر من تاريخ إصدارها ما لم يتم تحديد فترة صلاحية منفصلة.
- المستندات الصادرة من ليبيا يجب تقديمها بصورتها الأصلية أو موثقة إذا قدمت كنسخة تفيد أنها مطابقة للأصل
※ يجب أن تكون المستندات موثقة من الجهات التالية:
وزارة الشؤون الخارجية و التعاون الدولي
وزارة العدل
مكتب كاتب العدل

المستندات و الوثائق المترجمة
- عندما يتقدم أحد الممثلين بطلب للحصول على تأشيرة، يجب عليه تقديم أمر محام ونسخة من بطاقة هوية الشخص المتقدم بطلب نيابة عنه (الملحق 1).
- يجب تقديم جميع المستندات العربية مع ترجمة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- عند تقديم جميع الاوراق و المستندات المقدمة يجب ان تكون اصلية ولن يتم إعادتها لمقدم التأشيرة ما عدا اوراق تسجيل الشركة الاصلي (كالرخصة التجارية) سوف يتم إعادتها مع جواز السفر بعد فحص طلب التأشيرة.
المستندات المطلوبة بشكل عام لجميع الأغراض:
- جواز سفر ساري المفعول
※ يجب أن يكون جواز السفر صالحًا لمدة ستة أشهر على الأقل من تاريخ التسجيل
- نسخة من جواز السفر (نسخة من صفحة المعلومات الشخصية)
- نموذج طلب التأشيرة مكتمل وموقع (الملحق 2).
※ يرجى ملء النموذج بالكامل لتجنب رفض التأشيرة
※ قد يؤدي تقديم معلومات كاذبة في الطلب إلى رفض التأشيرة
- صورة شخصية واحدة (4.5 سم * 3.5 سم)
- رسوم طلب التأشيرة
- صورة من البطاقة الشخصية او شهادة الميلاد

※ يجب أن تكون جميع المستندات المقدمة من قبل المدعو وثائق أصلية مصدقة من كوريا
※ يجب تقديم جميع الرخص الاصلية بالنسبة لاصحاب الشركات ونسخ طبق الاصل مصدقة من وزارة الخارجية للموظفين في شركة. ※ في حالات معينة قد تطلب السفارة تقديم الاوراق الاصلية للموظفين في شركة وسيتم اعادتها بعد التحقق منها.
※ اذا كان مقدم طلب التأشيرة لايتبع مؤسسة او جهة معينة، يجب على مقدم التأشيرة توفير اوراق و مستندات تثبت غرض الزيارة. |

- Documents that are issued from Libya must be submitted in its original form or notarized if submitted as copy stating that it is same as the original

- When a representative applies for a visa, he or she must submit a warrant of attorney and a copy of ID of the person applying on behalf (Attachment 1).
- All Arabic documents must be submitted with an English translation.
- All submitted original documents will not be returned and only the business license will be returned with the passport after visa screening.
Commonly Required Documents for all purposes:
- Valid Passport
※ Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of registration
- A copy of passport (A copy of the personal information page)
- Completed and signed visa application form [Attachment 2]
※ Please fill up the entire form completely to avoid a visa denial
※ Providing false information on the application may result in a visa denial
- One passport photo (4.5cm x 3.5cm)

※ Business owners are required to submit all original documents and licenses, while employees within a company are expected to provide copies from the origin of these documents and notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ※ It is important to note that under specific circumstances, the embassy may request the original documents from employees of a company during the visa screening process. These original documents that are requested will be returned once the screening is complete.
※ If the visa applicant does not belong to a specific institution or entity, the visa applicant must provide documents proving the purpose of the business visit. |
