ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM (365 OVERSEAS KOREAN PORTAL)

▶ Beginning 1 June 2021, online reservations are required before visiting the Embassy to submit 

    your applications. Online reservation can be made on the 365 Overseas Korean Portal website 

    (https://www.g4k.go.kr).

▶ Please make an online reservation in advance before visiting the Embassy, and be on time. 

     ※ If you are late for your appointment for more than 15 minutes, the appointment will 

        be canceled and you will not be allowed to enter. This is because your late arrival affects other

        applicants who have booked the following slots.

▶ Please do not make more than one booking without reasonable ground. If you book more than 

    one slot, the Embassy will cancel your booking at our discretion. 

▶ Reservation should be made under the name of the person visiting the Embassy.

     ※ If the name of the person who visits the Embassy is different from the name in the reservation 

         system, the entry may be denied or delayed. 

▶ Possible reservation time:

    Consular Service: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-11:30am and 1:30pm-4:30pm (except public holidays)

    Visa Application: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-11:30am (except public holidays)

    PLEASE STATE THE PURPOSE OF VISIT IN THE SPECIFIC REQUEST SECTION.

    ※ If a visa applicant makes an appointment under the category of 'Consular Service',

        he/she will be requested to make a new booking under the correct category (i.e. visa 

        for non-Korean). This is because consular service counter staff cannot accept a visa 

        application, which can be reviewed and accepted only at the visa counter.

    ※ If you want to apply for document notarization, please make a booking under the category

       of "Consular Service'.

▶ Please print the reservation confirmation email you receive (or the reservation confirmation page 

    which you can print out on the 365 Overseas Korean Portal website) and bring it when you visit the Embassy.
