Notice for Tender for Proposed 

Construction Fit-Out Works for 

「Korean Cultural Center」

We hereby announce the following tender information for Proposed Construction Fit-out Works regarding the remodeling of the leased building for the "project to establish new Korean Cultural Centers abroad".

1.  Overview of the Construction Fit-out Works for KCC in Malaysia

• A.Title of the Service : Construction Fit-Out Works for the Korean Cultural Center

• B.Employer : The Cultural Attaché (Cultural Section) of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Malaysia, hereforth, will be referred to as “MOFA”.

• C.Tender Period : 2 January 2026 – 5 February 2026

**The specified period refers to the duration from the announcement date to the date of the successful applicant announcement. For detailed scheduling, please refer to the schedule down below.

• D.Service Period : Eighteen (18) months from the Commencement Date until Completion of Defect Liability Period

• E.Project Milestone Key Dates : 

- Completion of construction before Three (3) months from the Commencement Date

- Project Handover before Six (6) months from the Commencement Date

• F.Scope of the Task : Refer to Fit-out Works Scope of Work

• G.Site Details : Wisma Golden Eagle Realty (Ground Floor and Mezzanine)

② Total Area : Ground floor(7,110.1sqf), Mezzanine(5,793.05sqf), Total(12,903.15sqf)

③ History : The property was built in 1985

④ Status: Vacant (Previous Tenant: Bank of China)

• H.Service Fee: 4,850,000MYR

※ All fees are inclusive of taxes and subcontracting expenses.

 2.  The Method of the Tender Evaluation

- The tender evaluation shall follow the qualification-based evaluation method prescribed under Korean contract law and shall comprise Price Evaluation and Performance Capability. Details of the evaluation procedures are set out in the Invitation to Tender..
