Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of the Netherlands

The 78th Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) will be held on Saturday, October 16th. Please submit the application form to the Korean Embassy in the Netherlands by Wednesday, August 4th.

1. Test Date and Location

 ㅇ Date: Saturday, October 16th, 2021

 ㅇ Location: Leiden University (Cleveringaplaats 1, 2311 BD, Leiden)
   ※ Depending on COVID-19 situation, location is subject to change, and the test may be cancelled.

 ㅇ Exam Schedule

 ㅇ Test results will be announced on November 25th, 2021 at www.topik.go.kr

2. Application
 
 ㅇ Application submission period: July 9th to August 4th, 2021  (09:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00, Monday to Friday)
  - only application forms arrived before August 4th 16:00 will be accepted

 ㅇ Application is available by visiting in person or requesting it by post or email.

 ㅇ Application fee: TOPIK I 45 euros, TOPIK II 55 euros
   - Only cash accepted for visiting applicants.
   - Post and email applicants are requested to transfer application fee to the Embassy bank account and send a proof of payment by email.

 ㅇ Required documents: a completed application, two passport photos (a jpg file for email applicants), application fee, a copy of ID (passport, driving licence etc.), a proof of payment(post and email applicants only)
   - Disabled applicants: a completed application form for special services for disabled applicants, relevant medical certificate

3. On the Test Date

 ㅇ Arrive at the test site 30 minutes before the test begins

 ㅇ Bring your valid ID (passport, driving licence, etc.) and test identification slip

 ㅇ Use the special felt-tip pen provided by test administrator on the test day to mark your answers to multiple-choice questions

 ㅇ Turn off your mobile phone and other electronic devices, and turn them into the test administrator before the test
